Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. Delivery usually takes 2–4 days in metro cities and 4–7 days elsewhere in India.

Shipping is free on prepaid orders over ₹2,499. Below that, a small flat fee is shown at checkout.

Yes — COD is available across most serviceable pin codes in India. A small handling fee may apply at checkout.

You'll get a tracking link by email and SMS when your order ships. You can also track it anytime from the Track Order page or your account.

You can return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery, unworn and with tags attached.

Go to Returns in your account, pick the items, and we'll arrange a pickup or drop-off. You can also message us and we'll set it up.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return, back to your original payment method or as store credit.

We accept UPI, cards, net banking and wallets via Razorpay and Stripe, plus cash on delivery.

Yes. Payments are processed by trusted, PCI-compliant partners over encrypted connections. We never store your full card details.

Each product page has a size guide with measurements. If you're between sizes or unsure, message us and we'll help you pick.

Care instructions are on every product page and the garment label. In general: cold wash, wash inside out, and avoid tumble drying to keep colours soft and true.
