Size Guide
Find your size, and dress with confidence. Measurements are of the body, not the garment.
TEENUD uses standard Indian women's sizing, XS to XXL, based on body measurements. Find your bust, waist and hip below and match them to the nearest size — if you fall between two, our wrap and tie styles adjust, so size down for a closer fit or up for a relaxed one. If you already know your size at Zara, H&M or on Myntra, use the comparison table further down: Zara tends to run about one size small, so a Zara L is usually our M.

How TEENUD sizing compares to Zara, H&M and Myntra
Approximate equivalents to help you order the right size the first time. Zara runs about one size small; H&M and typical Myntra numeric sizing sit close to standard Indian sizing. When in doubt, go by your measurements above, not the label on your last purchase.

Equivalents are approximate and vary by style and by brand collection. Body measurements remain the most reliable guide.
How to measure
Use a soft measuring tape and measure over your underwear, keeping the tape level and snug but not tight.
- Bust — measure around the fullest part of your bust, with the tape flat across your back.
- Waist — measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, usually just above the belly button.
- Hip — measure around the fullest part of your hips, standing with your feet together.
Fit tips
- If you're between two sizes, size up for a relaxed fit or if the style is fitted; size down for an oversized style you want closer to the body.
- Wrap and tie styles are the most forgiving — the adjustable waist fits a range of measurements.
- For fitted styles, let your largest measurement decide the size, then take in elsewhere if needed.
- Each product page notes whether that style runs relaxed, true to size or fitted.
