Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). During new drops and sale periods, dispatch may take a little longer — we'll always keep you updated by email and SMS.

Once dispatched, you can expect delivery within:

• Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.) — 2–4 business days
• Other cities and towns — 4–7 business days
• Remote pin codes — 6–10 business days

These are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed timelines.

Shipping is free on all prepaid orders over ₹2,499. For orders below this value, a flat shipping fee is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Cash on delivery (COD) is available across most serviceable pin codes in India. A small COD handling fee may apply and will be displayed at checkout. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

As soon as your order ships, we'll email and SMS you a tracking link. You can also track any order any time from the Track Order page or from your account dashboard.

Occasionally, deliveries are delayed due to weather, regional disruptions or courier backlogs beyond our control. If your order hasn't moved in a few days, reach out and we'll chase it down for you.
